  • Exercise


    I didn't work out for like six weeks and man, I was feeling extra stressed and grouchy by my standards.  So even tho I am a firm believer that age ain't nothing but a number...I should amend it to- "Age ain't nothing but a number as long as you work out" Hahahahah.  Seriously, exercise helps.  You just have to do it with enough sleep.  And what's with people who I've been talking to who need to sleep before 11pm?  When I was 23, it was a struggle just to get to bed before 2am....and I thought that was a good day. 


    Words of wisdom from Reese Witherspoon from Legally Blonde - "Exercise produces endorphins and endorphins make people happy."  or something to that effect... hahahaha.  And uhm... I only watched Legally Blonde cuz my sisters were watching it.  So shut it.  Bend and snap, babeeee .  Hahhahaha.

    Oh gosh, 23 and a struggle to get to bed before 2am. I'm 22 and it's hard for me to stay up later than 11 on a regular work day.

  • i'm sure it was your 2 80lb sisters that HELD YOU DOWN & FORCED you to watch Legally Blonde, cause that should be your only excuse for watching that drivel......if it IS the reason, then you DEF need to hit the gym again

  • i used to make fun of my 30 yr old friend for going to bed before 10.. nowadays I can barely keeps my eyes open after dinner haha

  • the endorphins makes the gym more bearable..its a good outlet for when your coworkers piss you off...thats why i go during lunch

    yeah, age ain't nothing but a number..I can run 18 miles hung over with 5 hours of sleep
    but yet...you still beat me up on Sundays......there's something wrong...

  • i feel you on the working out...i was doing SOSO well since new years, then two weeks ago i started slacking off, BAD!

  • i liked to sleep at 4am. now, i am ass tired by 10pm. pathetic.

  • i love to exercise.. you'll notice that it changes your behavior too. you'll eat better, feel better, look better, etc.. exercise and a healthy diet is key to a good life.

  • heh, i never sleep before 11 p.m. unless i'm deathly ill. and since when do you work out?? i dont think i've ever heard you talk about hitting the gym. from what i could tell, i thought you were getting your exercise fill on dragon boat.

  • Exercising takes a lot of commitment and time. Everyone needs lots of sleep regardless of how old they are!

  • haha we're the same age bro and i still go to bed at like 2:30am...right after watching family guy...and then i get up at an insanely early hour to go to the gym...dun ask me how i do it...i don't question the methods of the life which i've become accustomed to...i just live it.  just do it, baby! lol.

  • work out in the mornings?!  i can't even get my butt out of bed!    i know a girl who used to do dragon boat...she doesn't do it anymore though...

  • at school, i cant seem to make it to bed before 2 (example, see this comment's time stamp) but in the bahamas, id fall asleep on the couch while watching tv with the guys by 1030 sometimes and then reawaken by 1 or 2 for round 2 of energy. haha.. my body is weird. i dont think it has anything to do with working out... at school, i exert myself in the gym but in the bahamas, i ran around the beach like martha on her first day outta jail.

  • haha I haven't exercised in 2 weeks and I'm starting to feel like a different person!  It really does make you happier and healthier!    Get your big ol' butt to the gym!

    sigh...... i think its about 2-3 wks for me.. had random cardio (once) and vball (once) inbetween that time - its not enuf tho... i feel like a SLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUG! SLUG!  need sleep tho too... *snores*

  • actually i find that w/exercise, i get better sleep but don't need as much...

  • i didn't share my stomach virus with you... you voluntarily took it from me. There's a difference!!! So since you took it from me, it's not my fault you're sick. You're a thief! Bad Kinsen! Bad! ... I have a friend who claims that the more he sleeps, the more fat he loses. Sleep gets him into shape.

  • i totally agree about excercising and how happy peepo don't "KILL" but i'm juss waiting for the summer to come around =P and girls really don't bend and snap.. im sorry if i ruin ur.....

  • U know I only read your entries once in a while, but how come they all sound kinda gay?? Hahaha. "Bend and snap", that was the best! Oh and I need to sleep b4 12, I believe that after all the all-nighters in college, our body is trying to tell us to make up for it.

    Yup, I'm starting the gym thing too.

    Looked into the gym in my neighborhood. And they open at 5am! So my idea is to wake up early and go, at least 2 times a week. =)

    Sleep before 11pm? That's perfect! =D

  • well as long as the grl is interested in the video games its fine...ehhe.  if shes not and u just play and ignore her, big problems result.
